I don’t know about you.. but I have thick calves! This makes me look bad in leggings..So I found this simple exercise to shape calves easily.

The most effective way of shaping your calves: Heel Raises

The advantages of heel raises is that they concentrate specifically on the calves, they’re easy to learn, and results are rapid.


How to do heel raises:

Stand with your feet about hip-width apart. In the beginning, hold onto a chair or wall for balance. Rise up onto your toes. Hold, then slowly lower. To make this move more difficult, try doing it one leg at a time or holding dumbbells.
